Frequently Asked Questions

I offer full birth support, which includes in-person prenatal and postpartum meetings in your home. I love helping you navigate every phase of your pregnancy with resources, conversations, and new ideas. Early labor support usually begins with phone calls and texts, followed by in-home labor support before caravanning to your birth place (if applicable).
I also offer dedicated postpartum doula services (daytime hours and overnight), including lactation support. Just as a birth doula improves birth outcomes, a postpartum doula improves postpartum outcomes!

It’s never too early to hire a doula. The sooner you hire a doula, the sooner you can begin tapping into the resources and connection-building that comes with having a doula. I love having several months to get to know my clients. That said, it’s also never too late, in my mind. If your due date is coming up quick, still reach out! I may have space for you on my calendar.
